Longtime Bennett town clerk to retire
INTERMILL RETIRING
In addition, McArthur informed trustees that Town Clerk Tam Intermill has announced her desire to retire.
"We don't know when her final date is or what the succession pattern or staff setup will be yet, but that's what we are looking into," McArthur before Bennett, Intermill was town clerk in Deer Trail:
"It's been 27 years of clerking and that's probably close to enough," she said. "I'm 66 and there are a lot of other things I would like to get out and do."
A timeline for Intermill's last day is not known, but it will likely be near the beginning of 2010.

Oregon State Police Senior Trooper Scott Skinner gathers clues and evidence related to the van that crashed carrying 15 members of a Colorado church group, Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009 on Interstate 84 near Baker City, Ore.
DEERTRAILCO — A third member of New Life Worship Center in Federal Heights died today from injuries sustained when the church's van rolled off an Oregon interstate on Nov. 12.
Phillip Joel Harris, 24, of Attalla, Ala., died from this morning at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho, according to the Oregon State Police.
He was among the 16 college-aged students from a ministerial training program traveling to Portland, Ore.
Joshua John Pischura, 20, from Geneva, Ohio, and Taune Nicole Winter Pepper, 23, of Deer Trail died shortly after the early morning crash on Interstate 84 near Baker City.
Thirteen of passengers in the 2002 Ford van were ejected, according to state police, who said today that the crash is still under investigation.
Black ice was reported on the interstate that morning, causing numerous other crashes, officials said.
Seven of the survivors were treated and released from hospitals shortly after the crash. Six continue to recover from serious or critical injuries, according to Oregon authorities.
The driver and passengers are members of the Rocky Mountain Masters Commission, a community service program that trains future pastors.
The students planned to assist at a trade show to earn money to support community programs, including a community center for programs now held in the church basement.

Your horoscope - Week of November 23, 2009
Mars is in Leo and will remain there for many months more, until early June 2010, which is quite unusual. It means that both your job and health are areas in which you're willing to be a lot more proactive. Your career zone is also emphasized, encouraging you to take stock and reflect on where you want to go next. This may be the time when you feel moved to apply for jobs that hold fresh challenges, or think about running your own business. You'll want to expand your options whatever the scenario. Updated: 11/22/2009
Your Horoscope - November 2009
You may feel lazy and unproductive during the Full Moon in Taurus on November 2, but the effects won't be severe. Your thinking will clear and thoughts powerful on November 5. With intention, you can create your own reality. Relax with your family and tend to personal responsibilities on November 6 and 7. Unusual ideas and insights may help you solve problems just at the right time on November 11. Try a new experience along with a friend or partner on November 14 and 15. The New Moon in Scorpio on November 16 will help you develop perseverance and tenacity. This event will enhance sexiness and you'll exude mystery over the coming weeks. Challenge yourself to learn new things and master a skill on November 17 and 18. You may seem erratic and eccentric to others. Work hard on November 19 and 20, and meet with others to discuss strategy. The Sun will join Mercury in Sagittarius on November 21, bringing strong independence but a lack of interest in mundane pursuits. You'll be restless and dissatisfied for a few weeks. The Moon in your sign on November 24 and 25 will intensify these feelings, but at the same time Venus in Scorpio will ensure that relationships are a source of happiness. November 29 will be an excellent day to catch up on projects at home and get organized. Mentally, it will be difficult to focus and be effective on November 30. You'll be scattered and inattentive.
